Kiosk is CourtFact’s in-office accessibility solution for clients that may not have access to a smartphone or computer. With customization of features, Kiosk allows agencies to provide a solution that can streamline their in-office operations while providing access to clients that may only be permitted use of electronic communication devices while under supervision.
Clients can have access to:
- Check and acknowledge important Events and obligations
- Start or respond to secure messages from their case manager
- Read important information that has been disseminated to them
- Submit weekly, monthly, or one-time required reports
- Complete initial or enrollment questions and forms
- Check their drug testing selection status for the day

* All Kiosk packages allow for unlimited users and unlimited clients. Module allowances require an annual subscription to the Kiosk package. If the court or agency wishes to use other data services such as text, email, photo upload, or phone call-in systems, a data subscription package would also need to be added to the order, however is not required.
