Kiosk is CourtFact’s in-office accessibility solution for clients that may not have access to a smartphone or computer. With customization of features, Kiosk allows agencies to provide a solution that can streamline their in-office operations while providing access to clients that may only be permitted use of electronic communication devices while under supervision.

Clients can have access to:

  • Check and acknowledge important Events and obligations
  • Start or respond to secure messages from their case manager
  • Read important information that has been disseminated to them
  • Submit weekly, monthly, or one-time required reports
  • Complete initial or enrollment questions and forms
  • Check their drug testing selection status for the day
  • Review their individual costs, fines, and fees
