By simply carrying their personal phone, and approving the required settings for the CourtFact Client Mobile app, clients can avoid bulky ankle monitors that draws attention and stigma.
CourtFact GPS provides a number of tools for community supervision, but also for survivors of intimate partner and domestic violence. It delievers timely notifications to victims via text, email, or phone call, utilizing objective system interpretation to identify potential infractions and deliver automated alerts without call-center delays.
Without leaving the dashboard, officers can access any client's schedule submissions in a single interface. With just a few clicks, they can approve, deny, or modify a submitted schedule - all while the system automatically advances to the next entry, color-codes the action, and updates the client's schedule.
Once completed, the client receives a notice that their schedule has been updated and whether any adjustments had been made. By simply accessing their Client Mobile app, they can review their schedule parameters so there will never be a reason for "forgetting" the timing of their obligations.
